Living Free Moving Forward through Restorations in Transition is a for-profit organization serving the Las Vegas and surrounding areas of Nevada, founded by Shirley Wheaton Spann . 

Covid-19 has the potential to be a blessing or a curse.  It seems to depend on your outlook and ability to pivot quickly that determines the outcome for each of us.  It took many by surprise and caused us to re-invent ourselves through another medium.  Thankfully I am used to doing business online, but it took some time to go from behind the camera to the front of it.  All for the purpose of meeting you.

I have worked in the counseling field for over 34 years counseling women in crisis pregnancies and assisting church leadership through counseling.  As a peer recovery coach I assisted those in recovery to know where to find resources and processes that helped them remain sober.  I also utilized my skills as a CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate to be the voice for the child.  The years have helped to gain valuable experience dealing with a diverse group of people and circumstances that needed new beginnings.

My greatest passion is using tools and skills gained that takes less time to conquer issues that causes one to be stuck.  I have helped many through inner healing and mentoring to accomplish their life goals.  Now I get to accomplish my life goal by helping those in need of a new beginning or courage to re-invent themselves.  How may I help you?
